The Kellly blue book gives prices on used cars, trucks and SUVs. The new
used car prices are the standard in the industry and used for determining
the values for selling the cars, and also how much they are worth after an
accident. These prices are called the "Blue Book values", and the Kellly blue book value is assigned to three grades, above average, average, and below average. You do not have to accept the Kellly blue book value from the used car dealership or insurance company - it's the industry standard, but the condition is very important, and the condition is subject to interpretation. There are some guidelines to what these terms mean, and the guidelines should be studied carefully so the interpretation can be made - and negotiated. For instance, most trade-ins at car dealerships are much less than the Kellly blue book value, while buying a car at a car dealership has prices that are higher than the Kellly blue book value. These values are negotiable because of the interpretation of the condition of the car.
